The programme
Four stages. One order. No shortcuts.
Foundation first — then Theory & Strategy, Advanced Theory, Application, and Mastery. Each stage is earned, not bought, and everything is traded on demo until your mentor is satisfied.
Before stage one
Nobody buys their way into the stages.
There's no upgrade button and no fast lane. Before a mentor spends a single hour teaching you a setup, you prove you'll actually do the work — inside the Foundation Programme. It is deliberately hard to pass.
A place is earned, not purchased
Money moves you exactly nowhere here. Stage 1 opens when Foundation is cleared — and not one day before.
Daily study, tracked
Every day is logged. The programme can see who is doing the work and who is only telling themselves they will.
Graded, then a decision
Structured lessons, graded assessments, and an honest call at the end: ready for Stage 1, or not yet. A re-attempt costs nothing but effort.
It is the cheapest, kindest filter we have — far cheaper than discovering you weren't ready three stages in.
The path
You don't skip ahead. You earn the next stage.
Each stage gates the one after it. You move on when the work says you're ready — not when a calendar does. Here is exactly what each one asks of you: how you get in, what the exit gate requires, what gets marked and by whom, and the tools you'll use.
Theory & Strategy
Market structure, multi-timeframe analysis, psychology — and a graded personal profile most people rewrite twice.
Daily tracked study. Weekly one-to-one reviews. A verbal and written gate before you move an inch further.
How you get in
You've cleared Foundation, so the study habit is already proven. Stage 1 is built on rock, not sand.
What the exit gate requires
A written and verbal examination — explain market structure and your own Trader's Profile back to a mentor, unscripted. Rehearsed answers don't pass.
What's marked, and by whom
Your graded Trader's Profile and daily study, marked by a mentor every week.
The tools at this stage
- The Trader's Profile
- The daily study log
- Live Q&A reviews
Advanced Theory
Multi-factor setups and wave analysis — every demo trade logged, tagged and reviewed.
You stop seeing single signals and start seeing confluence. Your journal becomes the textbook written about you.
How you get in
Stage 1 passed. You can read structure cleanly before you're allowed to stack factors on top of it.
What the exit gate requires
A run of clean, plan-followed demo entries — every one logged, tagged and scored against the rubric. One good week isn't the gate; a consistent shape is.
What's marked, and by whom
Your tagged demo journal and confluence drills, marked by a mentor against the 0–100 rubric.
The tools at this stage
- Charting Studio drills
- The journal, tagged and scored
- Wave-analysis walk-throughs
Application
A personal trading plan, rebuilt with your mentor every single week — then proven under supervision.
Weekly 60–90 minute one-to-ones. Bi-weekly group sessions. Daily check-ins. The longest stage, because it's the one that counts.
How you get in
Stages 1 and 2 passed. The theory is no longer the question — execution is.
What the exit gate requires
Full-programme completion: a personal trading plan, proven on demo under a mentor's supervision until they sign it off. This is the stage that earns the completion certificate.
What's marked, and by whom
Your weekly plan and every demo week, marked by a mentor in a 60–90 minute one-to-one.
The tools at this stage
- Your personal trading plan
- The journal + weekly review
- Weekly one-to-ones and group sessions
Mastery
No graduation. No goodbye. Weekly sessions, on-demand reviews, and a seat that stays yours.
The crossbar in our mark. It sits above the journey and it never ends — that's the point of it.
How you get in
The full programme completed. You're not catching up anymore — you're keeping sharp.
What the exit gate requires
There isn't one. Mastery has no exit — that's the whole point of the crossbar. The seat stays yours.
What's marked, and by whom
Nothing left to pass. Weekly sessions and on-demand reviews stay open for as long as you want them.
The tools at this stage
- Weekly live sessions
- On-demand journal reviews
- The alumni room
The mark assembles one bar at a time — exactly as the stages do. The coral crossbar of Mastery lands last, and stays.
The curriculum
Follow the line.
The whole path, one connected line — Foundation, then four stages, each locked behind the last. Hover, tap or focus a stop to read what that module is about. Module level only: this is the shape of the curriculum, not its lessons.
Hover, tap or focus a stop to read it. The locks between stages are the gates you have to pass.

Marked by a mentor
Charting Studio drills are marked the instant you submit. Your stage work — profiles, plans, journals — is marked by a mentor in your weekly one-to-one, not by a machine.
Webinar nights rotate fortnightly between the Stage 1 & 2 room and the Stage 3 & 4 room.
Sundays are off. Consistency isn't the same as never stopping.

Four certificates. Each one earned.
Every certificate is a milestone you passed, not a receipt you paid. And every one is publicly verifiable — a link anyone can open to confirm it's real.

Foundation
The entry gate
Proof you did the work before anyone taught you a setup. The first thing you earn — and the one most people never do.

Stage 1
Theory & Strategy
The theory examined and passed — market structure and your Trader's Profile, defended out loud.

Stage 2
Advanced Theory
Confluence and wave analysis, marked clean against the rubric across a consistent demo run.

Stage 3
Application — full-programme completion
A trading plan proven under supervision. The certificate that means you finished the programme.
Stage 4
Mastery has no certificate. On purpose.
There's nothing to hand you at the door, because there is no door. Mastery doesn't end — the coral crossbar sits above the journey for good. The seat that stays yours is the reward, and it's worth more than paper.
Earned, not printed. Every certificate carries its own public verification link — anyone it's shown to can confirm it's real.
More about the journalOne order. No shortcuts.
The order is the point. Start at the start.
Foundation proves you'll do the work. The stages build on each other because trading does. Apply for a place, and the first step is a free trading-plan call — it works both ways.
Traderess is an educational programme, not financial advice. Everything is traded on demo throughout; results are never typical or guaranteed, and trading involves significant risk. Certificates verify completion of educational stages, not trading performance.
