The Foundation Programme introduces the study habits and core knowledge you will use throughout the academy. Structured lessons and assessments help you and your mentor see when you are ready for Stage 1.
A clear starting point
Complete Foundation before progressing to Stage 1, so every new concept has something solid to build on.
Daily study, tracked
Your study record makes progress visible. Build a routine you can sustain, and bring the areas you find difficult to your mentor.
Feedback before the next step
Structured lessons, graded assessments, and an honest call at the end: ready for Stage 1, or not yet. A re-attempt costs nothing but effort.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything. Foundation is where you build the knowledge and routine the next stages rely on.

Theory & Strategy
Market structure, multi-timeframe analysis, psychology — and a graded personal profile most people rewrite twice.
Track your daily study and review it with a mentor each week. Show your understanding in a written and verbal assessment before moving on.
How you get in
After clearing Foundation, you have a study routine to build on. Stage 1 develops your understanding of the market and your own habits.
What the exit gate requires
Explain market structure and your own Trader's Profile in a written and verbal assessment. Your mentor looks for understanding you can apply.

Advanced Theory
Multi-factor setups and wave analysis — every demo trade logged, tagged and reviewed.
You stop seeing single signals and start seeing confluence. Your journal becomes the textbook written about you.
How you get in
After passing Stage 1, build on your understanding of market structure by combining multiple factors.
What the exit gate requires
Demonstrate a consistent series of demo entries that follow your plan, each logged, tagged and reviewed against the rubric.
What's marked, and by whom
Your tagged demo journal and confluence drills, marked by a mentor against the 0–100 rubric.

Application
A personal trading plan, rebuilt with your mentor every single week — then proven under supervision.
Weekly 60–90 minute one-to-ones. Bi-weekly group sessions. Daily check-ins. Time to practise, reflect and refine your approach.
How you get in
Stages 1 and 2 passed. The theory is no longer the question — execution is.
What the exit gate requires
Full-programme completion: a personal trading plan, proven on demo under a mentor's supervision until they sign it off. This is the stage that earns the completion certificate.
What's marked, and by whom
Your weekly plan and every demo week, marked by a mentor in a 60–90 minute one-to-one.

Mastery
No graduation. No goodbye. Weekly sessions, on-demand reviews, and a seat that stays yours.

The full programme completed. You're not catching up anymore — you're keeping sharp.
What the exit gate requires
There isn't one. Mastery has no exit — that's the whole point of the crossbar. The seat stays yours.
What's marked, and by whom
Nothing left to pass. Weekly sessions and on-demand reviews stay open for as long as you want them.

Live Q&A runs Monday to Thursday at noon UK, with stage webinars on Friday and Saturday. This week’s schedule is shown in your timezone; the day headings follow the UK schedule.

Charting Studio drills are marked the instant you submit. Your stage work — profiles, plans, journals — is marked by a mentor in your weekly one-to-one, not by a machine.
Webinar nights rotate fortnightly between the Stage 1 & 2 room and the Stage 3 & 4 room.
Sundays are off. Consistency isn't the same as never stopping.
