The Four-Stage Programme

Mentorship, in the only order that actually works.

Four stages, each one gated by the last, with a mentor reading your work every single week. You move on when the work says you're ready — not when a calendar does, and never because you paid for it.

Before stage one

Foundation comes first. Always.

Nobody joins the stages cold. Foundation proves the study habit is real, and Stage 1 opens the day it is cleared — which is why this page starts by pointing at that one.

The gate is the whole design

Every stage is locked behind the one before it. That is not friction for its own sake — it is what stops you building on theory you never actually secured.

A mentor, weekly, on your work

Not a group broadcast with your name in it. Your plan, your demo journal, your gaps — read by a mentor and rebuilt with you week after week.

Demo until a mentor is satisfied

Everything inside the programme is traded on demo. The point is a plan that survives contact with a live market, proven before it meets one.

The four stages

What each stage asks of you.

The names and the durations below are the same ones the programme page and the homepage journey use — one source, so they can never quietly drift apart.

  1. 01

    Theory & Strategy

    Stage 1 · 2–3 weeks

Market structure, multi-timeframe analysis, psychology — and a graded personal profile most people rewrite twice.

The theory, examined — including a Trader's Profile you defend out loud.

  2. 02

    Advanced Theory

    Stage 2 · 2–3 weeks

Multi-factor setups and wave analysis — every demo trade logged, tagged and reviewed.

Confluence and wave analysis, with every demo entry logged, tagged and scored.

  3. 03

    Application

    Stage 3 · 6–12 weeks

A personal trading plan, rebuilt with your mentor every single week — then proven under supervision.

Your plan, rebuilt weekly with your mentor and proven under supervision.

  4. 04

    Mastery

    Stage 4 · Permanent

No graduation. No goodbye. Weekly sessions, on-demand reviews, and a seat that stays yours.

No exit gate. The room stays open, and the seat stays yours.

A week inside the programme

The same shape, every week.

A mentor on the screen four days out of seven, webinars across the weekend, and a day off. Live sessions run at noon UK.

Live sessions, Monday to Thursday

Noon UK, four days a week, plus weekend webinars that rotate fortnightly between the Stage 1 & 2 room and the Stage 3 & 4 room.

Your one-to-one

Sixty to ninety minutes on your actual demo week in Stage 3 — the longest stage, because it is the one that counts.

Sunday is off

Deliberately. Consistency is not the same thing as never stopping, and burning out in week three helps nobody.

Enrolment

What it costs is agreed on your call.

We don't publish a checkout button for the stages. What you pay is settled on your call, once we both know the programme fits — and you're then sent a personal enrolment link with that exact figure on it.

Entry is through the Foundation Programme. Stage 1 opens once Foundation is cleared, and never before.

What you walk away with

Four certificates. Each one earned.

Every certificate is a milestone you passed, not a receipt you paid — and each carries its own public verification link.

  • Foundation — proof you did the work before anyone taught you a setup.

  • Stage 1 — the theory examined and passed, defended out loud rather than recited.

  • Stage 2 — confluence and wave analysis, marked clean against the rubric.

  • Stage 3 — full-programme completion: a trading plan proven under supervision.

Stage 4 has no certificate, on purpose. There is nothing to hand you at the door because there is no door — the crossbar sits above the journey for good.

The next step

Start at the start. The order is the point.

Apply for a place and the first step is a free trading-plan call. We look at where you are, and map the route — Foundation first, then the stages, in the order they were built to be walked.

Traderess is an educational programme, not financial advice. Everything is traded on demo throughout the programme; results are never typical or guaranteed, and trading involves significant risk. Certificates verify completion of educational stages, not trading performance.
